PARISH CLERK

Our Parish Clerk will be leaving us shortly. Applications are invited for the position of Clerk/Responsible Financial Officer to Wrabness Parish Council. The Clerk is responsible for day-to-day administration of the Parish Council.

We are looking for a candidate with good verbal and written communication skills. Efficient administrative skills are required, together with a positive attitude to work. Applicants should be IT literate and it is essential to have internet and email access. Experience of local government is desirable, but not essential as appropriate training and support is available.

This is a part-time job opportunity averaging 4 hours per week, working from home, with one evening meeting at Wrabness Village Hall every 5-6 weeks (excluding August and December). The starting salary is £13.47p per hour.
