Art Club   

We meet on Thursday afternoons at 2pm in Wrabness Village Hall. A selection of Members work was displayed at our  Annual Art Exhibition  in Wrabness Village Hall. Is there anyone who would like to join our club?  Visitors are always very welcome to call in on a Thursday afternoon to see what is being achieved and for a cup of tea! Contact:  Jan Truscott -  01255-880517

Badminton

We meet in the Village Hall playing badminton on Tuesday evenings at 7.00 pm. We are a very friendly club and would be pleased to welcome new members. Whether you are a seasoned player or a complete beginner our club offers the opportunity to play a few games. For more information call 07712 240449.

Gardening Club

The Club is an RHS Affiliated Society. We normally meet at Wrabness Village Hall on Thursday evenings and also organise outings.

Thursday 23rd May Coach Trip to Fullers Mill Gardens, Bury St Edmunds

  Thursday 4th July 7.30pm - How, Why  and When Birds sing  – an illustrated talk by Saffron Summerfield. All welcome. Non- members £5.

The club sends out regular newsletters to its members. Our Facebook page also posts ideas and articles for what can be done in the garden at this time of the year. If you wish to join or contact the club please email our Secretary at zoegroves@btinternet.com. New members welcome.

 

Knitters and Stitchers


Meets on the 1st Monday of month 10am-12 noon in the Village Hall. Phone 01255 880215 for more information

 

Stour Ladies

Stour Ladies Social Group meet on the third Wednesday in the month at 2.15pm in the Village Hall.

In addition, there is a Knitters and Stitchers coffee morning on the first Monday in the month, again in the Village Hall, very loosely from ten o’ clock to twelve. We organise a walk, of about three miles, on the first Wednesday in the month, meeting outside the Community Shop at10.30am. New members are very welcome to any or all of these meet-ups, either to join or as a guest: please ring the secretary, Janet Higgins, for details on 01255 886817.

 

Yoga

Yoga sessions at Wrabness Village Hall on Saturday mornings at 9.30am and Monday evenings at 7.00pm with Sandie Barnett. Suitable for all levels including beginners.  Classes £12 with the opportunity later on to purchase discounted class passes. Youth Club

Wrabness Youth Club for children of primary school age meets fortnightly on Fridays at Wrabness Village Hall. For information call 07525 749059. We have an exciting programme lined up for 2024.
